Platform Terms.

By creating an account or otherwise using wisermonks.com, you accept these terms with TheMonks India Pvt Ltd, which operates this platform. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

These terms do not govern your purchases. Anything you buy is supplied, performed and invoiced by one of three separate UAE companies, each with its own terms:

• Skewbird Technologies FZCO: AI Readiness, Software & ERP: read its terms.

Legal & Entities maps every service line to its company. These platform terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. The information you give us must be accurate and kept current; we may suspend an account where identity or licence details cannot be verified.

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it has been compromised. Contact us immediately if it is.

A listing here is an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to the supplying company, and the contract forms when that company confirms it, as Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means provides for electronic acceptance.

Prices, VAT, payment, delivery and cancellation are governed by the supplying company’s own terms, not by this document, because they genuinely differ between setting up a company, installing solar equipment and running an ERP. Each company’s terms and refund policy are linked from section 01 and from Legal & Entities.

What is constant across all three: prices are in AED and include VAT at 5% where it applies, a tax invoice is issued by the supplying company, and you have a 14-day cooling-off right on distance purchases subject to the exclusions UAE law permits. Nothing in any of those documents reduces your rights under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

Some goods and services are supplied by independent partners, which is disclosed before you pay. We remain your point of contact: raise any problem with us and we will resolve it with the partner rather than redirecting you.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for anything unlawful under UAE law, or to submit false information.
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to reach.
• Scrape, crawl, resell or bulk-extract our content, pricing or calculator outputs.
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security, or circumvent rate limits.
• Upload malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Misuse our AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful material.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section, and report serious breaches to the authorities.

The platform, its content, branding, models and underlying code belong to WiserMonks or its licensors and are protected by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for its intended purpose, nothing more.

You keep ownership of the content you upload, and grant us only the licence we need to host, process and display it in order to provide the service. If you believe material here infringes your rights, contact legal@wisermonks.com with details and we will investigate.

Our calculators, assessments, readiness scores and AI-generated outputs are decision-support tools based on the assumptions and inputs given. They are not professional financial, legal, tax, engineering or medical advice, and results are estimates. Take qualified advice before acting on them.

To the fullest extent UAE law allows, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your consumer rights.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these terms, where we are required to by law, or where continuing would expose us or other users to risk. We will give reasons and, where practical, notice. Termination does not affect orders already confirmed or refunds already due to you.

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Before litigating, please contact support@wisermonks.com, most matters are resolved within days. Consumers may also refer a complaint free of charge to the UAE Ministry of Economy & Tourism: Consumer Protection Department on 600 522 225, and that route is always open to you.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. For material changes we will notify you by email or in your dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. The terms in force when you placed an order continue to govern that order.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Failing to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
