Business Services Terms.

These terms form the contract between you and Fastezy Document FZE LLC whenever you engage us for business setup, licensing, PRO or document services. If you are engaging us on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Your use of the wisermonks.com website and account is governed separately by the Platform Terms and Privacy Policy.

We prepare, submit and follow up applications to UAE government authorities and free zone registrars on your behalf, and we advise on process, documentation and jurisdiction choice.

We are a corporate services provider. We are not a law firm, not an audit firm and not a tax agent, and nothing we give you is legal, audit or tax advice. Where a matter needs a licensed professional we will say so and, if you wish, refer you. The engagement is then yours with them, not with us.

• Accuracy: Applications succeed or fail on the documents behind them. Everything you give us must be true, complete and current, and you must tell us promptly if something changes mid-application.
• Authenticity: Submitting a forged, altered or fraudulently obtained document to a UAE authority is a criminal offence. If we find one we stop work immediately, keep fees already incurred, and comply with any reporting obligation we have.
• Verification and KYC: We are required to verify identity and beneficial ownership. We may ask for further evidence at any stage and cannot proceed until it is provided.
• Originals: Where an authority needs original or attested documents, delays in getting them to us extend the timeline in section 05 and are not our responsibility.

Our quotation separates our service fee from government, free zone and third-party charges, licence issuance, registration, visa, medical, Emirates ID, attestation, translation, notarisation and similar.

Those charges are set by the authorities, not by us. They can change without notice and we pass them on at cost. If a fee rises between quotation and submission, we will tell you before paying it and you may withdraw rather than proceed.

Government fees, once paid to an authority on your behalf, are almost always non-refundable to us, so we cannot refund them to you. This is the single most important thing to understand before you engage us.

Any timeline we give is a good-faith estimate based on how the relevant authority is currently processing, not a guarantee. Approval rests entirely with the authority.

We do not warrant that a licence, visa, name reservation or activity approval will be granted. A refusal is not a failure of our service, and our fee covers the work of preparing and submitting the application rather than a particular outcome. Where a refusal can be remedied and resubmitted, we will tell you what that involves and what it costs.

• Currency: All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• VAT: Prices for supplies made in the UAE include Value Added Tax at 5% where applicable, under Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017. Fastezy Document FZE LLC issues the tax invoice for everything in this service line.
• Total price: The full amount payable: goods or services, VAT and any delivery or installation charge. Is confirmed to you in writing before you commit. Nothing is added after that point.
• How you pay: Payment is arranged directly with us: bank transfer, Aani, or card and cash on delivery where offered. There is no card checkout on this website, and we never ask for your card details by email or message. Treat any such request as fraudulent and tell us.
• Proof of payment: Your order moves out of pending status once we have verified the transfer. Quote your order reference on the transfer so we can match it.

A UAE company has continuing obligations: licence renewal, establishment card, visa renewals, corporate tax registration and filing, ESR and UBO notifications where they apply. Unless your engagement letter says we are handling a specific one of these, it remains yours to meet, and penalties for missing a deadline are yours.

We will remind you where we hold the relevant date, as a courtesy. A missed reminder does not transfer the obligation to us.

Your documents and corporate information are confidential. We disclose them only to the authorities and service providers needed to perform the engagement, or where the law requires it, and we do not use them for anything other than your engagement.

Nothing in this document reduces the rights UAE law already gives you. Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023 entitle you to accurate information before you buy, goods and services that match their description and are fit for purpose, and a remedy when they are not. Where anything here conflicts with those rights, those rights prevail.

For distance purchases you also have a 14-day right to cancel without giving a reason, subject to the exclusions UAE law permits. The detail is in the relevant refund policy.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, Fastezy Document FZE LLC’s total liability arising out of a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data that we could not reasonably have foreseen when the contract was formed.

Neither party is in breach for a delay or failure caused by something genuinely outside its reasonable control: including utility and network outages, supplier or shipping failure, regulatory action, and natural events. We will tell you promptly, and if the disruption runs beyond 30 days either of us may cancel the affected order and you are refunded for anything not delivered.

Your contract with Fastezy Document FZE LLC is governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, and you and we submit to the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Please raise a problem with us first. Most are resolved quickly and at no cost. If we cannot agree, you may escalate free of charge to the UAE Ministry of Economy & Tourism: Consumer Protection Department on 600 522 225 or via moet.gov.ae. That route is open to you whether or not you also go to court.

We may update this document as the law or our services change. The effective date at the top always tells you which version is current, and the version that applied when you placed your order is the one that governs it. Material changes affecting an active subscription or project are notified to you by email before they take effect.
