Refunds & Cancellations.

For services bought at a distance you may cancel within 14 days without giving a reason, under Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023. Email legal@wisermonks.com with your order or project reference.

As UAE law permits, where you asked us to start inside that window you pay for what was actually delivered up to the point you cancelled. Sections 02 to 04 say what that means for each service.

• First subscription period: Cancel within 14 days of the first charge for a full refund, less a fair charge for material usage during that period.
• After that: Cancel any time from your dashboard or by email. Access runs to the end of the period already paid, and the next renewal does not happen. We do not pro-rate part-used periods.
• Annual plans: Cancelled mid-term, refunded pro-rata for complete unused months, less any discount you received for committing to the year.
• Price changes: We tell you before a price change takes effect and you may cancel without penalty at that point.

• Before delivery: Cancel for a full refund at any point before we deliver the report.
• After delivery: Not refundable. A readiness assessment is complete once you have it, UAE law expressly excludes delivered digital content from the cooling-off right, and we cannot un-give you the analysis.
• In progress: Refunded pro-rata for the phases not yet performed, per the schedule in your engagement.

Projects are billed against milestones in the statement of work. If you cancel, you pay for milestones completed and for work in progress on the current milestone; anything beyond that is refunded.

Third-party costs already committed on your behalf. Licences, cloud commitments, ERP modules. Are passed through at cost and are not refundable to us, so not to you. We will show you the invoices.

Where the cancellation is because we failed to deliver what was specified and did not fix it in reasonable time, you are refunded in full for the affected milestone and owe nothing for it.

• Unused access: Having not logged in during a paid period.
• AI output you disagree with: AI features are probabilistic and section 05 of the Terms of Service explains their limits. A genuine defect against specification is, of course, a defect.
• Suspension for breach: Access suspended under the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Change of scope: Deciding after delivery that you wanted something different from what was specified and agreed.

• Timing: Within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.
• Method: Bank transfer to the paying account, in AED. We cannot redirect a refund to a different account holder.
• Your data: A refund does not shorten your 30-day export window. See section 09 of the Terms of Service. We do not withhold data over a commercial dispute.
