Acceptable Use Policy.
Effective 15 August 2026 · Skewbird Technologies FZCO · United Arab Emirates
The boundaries on using our software and AI services. Most of this is what you would expect. Do not break the law, do not attack the system, do not abuse other people with it. Set out explicitly so enforcement is never a surprise.
01. Who This Applies To
This policy applies to everyone using software, AI features or hosted services supplied by Skewbird Technologies FZCO, including your staff, contractors and anyone using access you control. You are responsible for their use as if it were your own.
02. Do Not Break the Law
Do not use the services for anything unlawful under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes. That includes fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, unlicensed regulated activity, and infringing someone else’s intellectual property.
03. Prohibited Content and Conduct
- Harm to people: Content that harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence or hatred against a person or group.
- Child safety: Any sexual content involving minors, and any attempt to generate it. This is reported, not merely blocked.
- Deception: Impersonating a person or organisation, generating fake identities, reviews, credentials or records, or synthetic media of a real person presented as genuine.
- Malware and spam: Distributing malicious code, or sending bulk unsolicited messages through the services.
- Privacy violations: Uploading personal data you have no lawful basis to process, or using the services for covert surveillance or scraping in breach of another platform’s terms.
04. Do Not Attack the Service
- Access: No unauthorised access to accounts, environments or data that are not yours, and no credential sharing outside your licensed users.
- Integrity: No probing, scanning or penetration testing without our prior written consent, and no attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas or security controls.
- Load: No deliberate overloading of the service or the infrastructure behind it.
- Reverse engineering: No decompiling or extracting source, models or prompts, except where the law expressly permits it.
Found a vulnerability? Report it to legal@wisermonks.com. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue promptly, in good faith, without exploiting it or accessing other people’s data.
05. Specific Limits on AI Features
- High-stakes decisions: Do not use AI output as the sole basis for a decision about someone’s employment, credit, housing, insurance, immigration status, legal position or medical care. Keep a human decision maker.
- Passing off as human: Do not present AI-generated output as a human professional’s work where the recipient would reasonably expect a human, and do not use it to give regulated professional advice you are not licensed to give.
- Sensitive data: Do not feed health, biometric, financial or children’s data into AI features unless your contract and the Data Processing Addendum expressly cover it.
- Training extraction: Do not use output to train a competing model, or to systematically reconstruct our prompts or configurations.
06. How We Enforce This
Where we can, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Most breaches are a misconfigured integration or one careless user, not bad faith.
Where the breach is serious: child safety, an active attack, a legal obligation on us, or a real risk to other customers. We may suspend access immediately and without notice. We will tell you what happened as soon as we safely can.
Repeated or deliberate breaches lead to termination under the Terms of Service. Suspension for a breach you caused does not entitle you to a refund or a service credit.
