Only one of our three companies ships physical goods. If you ordered energy equipment, the delivery and installation terms are below. Business services and software are delivered electronically or on site, with no shipment involved.
How Each Service Line Is Delivered
Energy products and solutions involve physical shipment, offloading, installation and commissioning across the UAE. That has real delivery terms, and they are linked below.
Business services: company formation, licensing and document work. Are delivered as completed applications, licences and documents, issued electronically or collected. Timelines depend on the relevant authority rather than on shipping.
Software, AI and ERP are delivered as access to a hosted environment or as deployed code, with acceptance handled under the relevant statement of work. Nothing is shipped.
