Every purchase through wisermonks.com carries a 14-day cooling-off right under UAE law. The detail. What can be sent back, who pays return carriage, how long a refund takes, depends on which of our three companies supplied you.
What Is True Everywhere
Whichever company supplied you, you have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase without giving a reason, under Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023, subject only to the exclusions UAE law permits: made-to-order goods, installed equipment, and digital content you have already received.
You also have statutory remedies under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 whenever something is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. Those rights sit above any policy on this site and none of our companies can reduce them.
Refunds always go back to the account that paid, in AED, and we pay return carriage whenever the fault is ours.
